Bellanca Super Viking Instrument Panel Refurbish
 

AIRCRAFT INSTRUMENT PANEL REFURBISHMENT:  All instruments, avionics, switches, etc. removed from instrument panel. Removed instrument panel for refinish to the original new detail specification. Instrument panel shipped to Air Capitol Dial in Kansas. Instrument panel totally stripped to bare metal and refinished to original specification utilizing beige almond color with black silkscreen per new aircraft process. All new color coded beige almond screws installed at reassembly. Installed new color code placards, numerous hardware as required and miscellaneous details to like-new appearance. Installed all instruments after refinish to like new appearance. All avionics bench checked, aligned to specification. All avionics operations checked and reinstalled in aircraft. Reinstalled and serviced S-TEC 60 Pitch stabilization system. Performed all operations checks on all systems. All operation checks good. Return to Service. Full operation check accomplished.  Returned to service.  END.
