Bellanca Super Viking Landing Gear Refurbish Process

 

Removed from aircraft and disassembled all three landing gears.  Stripped of all paint, inspected, powder coated and reassembled including new parts as required,  and supplies, utilizing all new reassembly hardware.  Removed and disassembled all wheels, inspected and refinished, reassembled utilizing new bearings and bushings as required, all new tubes, three new tires, reinstalled to refurbished landing gears again utilizing new hardware, reinstalled all three gear assemblies on aircraft and performed rigging process in accordance with Bellanca Maintenance Manual, check all operations, cycled gear...end of process.
